We Design

  • We assign a one of our  design manager per the requirement of Client and present a concept design layout to Client with reference images, color schemes and preliminary estimate within 1Week

Budget Review Meeting

  • In depth discussion of design elements and scope
  • In depth review of budget figures
  • Discussion on selection of items – color schemes
  • Confirmation on standard Payment terms

Project Execution

  • Onsite Team
    (Project manager and site Supervisors)
  • Visiting Team
    (Architect / Interior Designer / Quality / Safety / MEP Engineers)

Quality Assurance

  • Materials and Its Technical Parameters
  • We have in depth quality checks and monitoring points for all items of work
  • Dedicated quality engineers

Cost to Complete

  • Our dedicated Planning Staff works on optimizing time and cost for the Project.
  • Every fortnightly the project reports are reviewed for costs revisions and sought for the approval / actions from Management and Client.
  • Management and Client remains on same page for any kind of escalations with regards to cost or time so timely approvals / actions can be initiated.

Project Closure
